Master Celebrants are committed to continually growing their skills, deepening their understanding of ceremony, and building thriving celebrant businesses. Whether you're just beginning your journey or you've been officiating for years, our Master Celebrant Certification is designed to strengthen your confidence, expand your expertise, and help you create meaningful ceremonies that truly serve the people who trust you with life's most important moments.
For an investment comparable to officiating just five weddings, you'll gain the education, mentorship, community, and practical tools to build a celebrant practice that can serve you and your clients for years to come.
Our Masters Program Includes the Following Courses:
Course 1
Begin your own career path by understanding the history of Celebrancy and secular ceremonies across the globe. Students will also work with their instructor to create a business plan to either start their new business, or take their current business to the next level.
Course 2
Travel the world to see how various cultures use ritual in ceremonies. Students work collaboratively to learn about diverse practices, then apply them directly to client work. Learning their purpose will help you gain confidence to create unique rituals for your clients.
Course 3
Become the best possible writer and storyteller by improving the structure of your ceremonies from full-scale weddings to elopements and micro-weddings. Our method gets the most out of traditional components, while making the words inside the ceremony more meaningful.
Course 4
Speaking in public is an art, dependent on elements like tone and pace. You may be able to write a fabulous ceremony, but if your presentation skills are lacking, they are just words on a page. We cover the basic principles of effective public speaking, and how to apply them in front of a crowd. Mastering these skills make you memorable, and are key to getting 5-star reviews and client referrals!
Course 5
Become a great business owner by learning best practices for scheduling, time management, filing systems, keeping tax records, preparing contracts, selecting fees and making sales. This course goes DEEP into providing the best customer journey for your couples. Once complete, the backend of your business will be in tip-top shape and you will have a workbook packed with everything you need for sustainable success.
Course 6
In the world of “Google-trained” Officiants, how do you stand out? This course explains all the ways Celebrants can get new business through online marketing, AND help you make the most of traditional, in-person opportunities as well. We help you set realistic and trackable goals; discover new tools that work best for celebrants, and get more comfortable with thoughtful self-promotion, networking and social media!

In addition to paying in-full - we offer two monthly payment plans for Masters students:
First - Initial $100 Registration Fee* must be paid to hold your spot in the cohort.
Then -
1. Six (6) monthly installments of $392.00
2. Nine (9) monthly installments of $262.00
* Registration Fee is non-refundable and is applied to the coursework price.
When enrolled, you will simultaneously achieve EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL POINTS (EPCs) required to earn or maintain your International Association of Professional Wedding Officiants (IAPWO) certification!
Course Enrollment Policy: To ensure a vibrant and interactive learning environment, all classes at Celebrant Academy are contingent upon meeting a minimum enrollment quota. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session that does not reach this requirement. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund of your tuition.

Designed for those ready to become the most highly sought-after professional in their target market. Week-by-week, and during out of class assignments, up to 12 individuals learn together to become knowledgable experts, with new tools and confidence to provide better services to more people.
Professional Development That Fits Into Your Schedule
The six (6) courses, each include four (4) class sessions that take place 1x weekly over the course of a month. Classes are taught online in real-time by our award-winning, expert instructors. Coaching, reading assignments, and collaboration continues on your own time, and in our private Facebook Group.

Our students go on to serve as wedding officiants, funeral celebrants, and ceremony professionals within their communities. But the heart of the program is not simply learning what to say or where to stand. It is learning how to listen. How to recognize the shape of a story. Will I become legally authorized to officiate weddings through this program?
Get Ordained with AMMNo. The Celebrant Academy provides education and certification in ceremony writing, ritual, presentation, and celebrant business practices. Our certificate reflects completion of professional training.
Laws governing who may legally solemnize a marriage are set by individual states and countries. In the United States, legal authority usually comes through ordination with a recognized religious organization or through holding a civil position such as a judge or magistrate.
Many of our students choose to become ordained through American Marriage Ministries (AMM) so they can legally officiate weddings while practicing as professional celebrants.
